Das Projekt «Sanierung und Erweiterung bfsl» umfasst den Neubau an der Weststrasse 22, den Bestand mit den Trakten G, MA und D, sowie die Einstellhalle, welche die beiden Gebäude im Untergeschoss verbindet an der Weststrasse 24. Der Bestand wird in zwei Etappen unterteilt umgebaut und wird deshalb in der Zukunft mit zwei separaten Hausanschlüssen betrieben. Der Neubau wird mit einem dritten Hausanschluss ausgestattet. Gewisse Arbeiten sind als Vorbereitung (AVOR) zu erbringen wie z.B. Anpassungen der Werkleitungen, Versetzen vom Serverraum und Erstellen einer Trafostation (Eigentum IBL). Diese Arbeiten sind im TP24 integriert. Im Umbau sind jeweils Teilbereiche der Schule im laufenden Betrieb zu halten. Für die E-Mobilität werden 24 Parkplätze in der Autoeinstellhalle mit der Ausbaustufe C2 realisiert. Zwei dieser Parkplätze werden bereits mit Ladestationen als Stufe D erstellt. Für alle weiteren Parkplätze in der Autoeinstellhalle und im Aussenbereich ist die Stufe A zu berücksichtigen. Es muss ein System vorgesehen werden, welches ein Lastmanagement für alle ausgebauten und künftigen Parkplätze ermöglicht. Das Bezahlen ist mit einer EC-Karte & mit Twint zu ermöglichen. Für die Kommunikation der Ladestationen sind entsprechende Vorkehrungen wie WLAN-Sender o.ä. zu berücksichtigen. In der Elektroverteilung sind alle notwendigen Komponenten für den aktuellen Ausbau von Stufe C2 & D zu berücksichtigen und die notwendigen Platzreserven & Vorbereitungen für Messplatte für einen Ausbau der 100% Stufe A zu berücksichtigen.
