- Eligibility
- Require one comparable 200 kWp reference from the last 10 years, adequate staff, average annual turnover twice the bid, and Swisssolar Solarprofi or equivalent certification.
- Award
- Price 50%, technical expertise 25%, and technical-report quality 25%.
- Watch out
- The offer remains binding for 6 months; late completion can incur penalties capped at 5.00% of the works price.
