- Deliverables
- Works include sleeper replacement, ballast renewal, rail changes and turnout component replacement.
- Contract
- Framework with demand-based call-offs; each call-off is capped at EUR 225,000 net, with two extension options.
- Eligibility
- The offer must be in German; required suitability declarations and evidence must accompany it.
- Award
- Price alone determines the award, weighted 100%.
- Watch out
- Call-off quantities are not guaranteed; serious misconduct can trigger penalties and exclusion for up to five years.
