- Deliverables
- Provide qualified ICT staff, support organisation, hardware and licences across operations, projects and support.
- Contract
- Framework contract with estimated maximum volumes, paid hardware, licences, support and recurring service costs; one 1-year extension option.
- Eligibility
- One recent CHF 900'000 reference; minimum 8 ICT staff, 5 in ICT-Operations, and Fortinet-certified profiles; Advanced Partner status.
- Award
- Price 30%; supplier and key-person references 20% each; hardware, support and presentation 10% each.
- Watch out
- All assigned staff undergo security screening; negative assessments require equivalent replacement at no cost.

Damit die Polizei ihre Aufgaben bestmöglich erfüllen kann, ist sie auf eine gut organisierte Logistik und eine funktionierende Technik angewiesen. Die Abteilung Polizeitechnik übernimmt letztere Aufgabe der Kantonspolizei Basel-Stadt. Um ihren Auftrag optimal erfüllen zu können, ist die Abteilung Polizeitechnik in diversen Bereichen auf externe Unterstützung angewiesen. Unter anderem im Bereich von ICT-Dienstleistungen. Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung wird die zukünftige Leistungserbringerin für ICT-Dienstleistungen gesucht. Diese verfügt über eigenes, qualifiziertes Personal mit den Kompetenzen gemäss der geforderten Mitarbeiterprofile. Zudem verfügt sie über eine Support-Organisation und kann im Rahmen der Dienstleistung die benötigte Hardware inkl. Lizenzen liefern.
