- Price 35%, manufacturer count 35%, support 15%, sustainability 15%; support scores 4-hour response and next-day onsite service and parts.

Mit dieser Ausschreibung hat IWB zum Ziel drei fachkompetente, leistungsfähige und kundenorientierte Block-Storage-Lieferanten (nachfolgend Anbieter) für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu ermitteln. Die drei Anbieter sollen die Block-Storage-Systeme liefern und im Fehlerfall unterstützen (Support gemäss den untenstehenden SLA-Anforderungen in Ziffer 1.4). Konkrete Bestellabrufe erfolgen gemäss dem unter Ziffer 1.4 beschriebenen Mini-Tender-Verfahren. Die Vergabestelle verfolgt mit dieser Beschaffung folgende Ziele: Modernisieren der bestehenden Storage Infrastruktur Moderne, leistungsfähige, skalierbare, hochverfügbare Storage-Lösung Hohe Transparenz bezüglich Auslastung und Konfiguration der Storage-Lösung Effiziente operative Abläufe in Betrieb, Wartung und Support der Storage-Lösung Transparente, nachvollziehbare und simpel vorausberechenbare Kosten im Falle weiterer Ausbauten Hoher Reifegrad der Supportorganisation der Storage- Lösung selbst, aber auch in Bezug auf seine Erfahrung in der Projektierung hochverfügbarer bzw. Desaster-toleranter Lösungen Beabsichtigt ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit drei Anbietern, für die Beschaffung neuer Storage-Systeme während der kommenden 5 Jahre. Der aktuelle Stand ist im Anhang C1 Storage Inventar aufgeführt. Daraus können die Anbieter entnehmen, dass IWB für Block-Storage bisher in der Regel Systeme von IBM einsetzt. IWB beabsichtigt im Laufe der nächsten fünf Jahre voraussichtlich einmal das komplette Storage-Inventar zu ersetzen und mit entsprechenden neuen SLAs zu versehen. Anzubieten sind diese oder vergleichbare gleichwertige Systeme. Nachfolgend sind die Hersteller für Block-Storage aufgeführt, die wir aktuell im Einsatz haben: · HPe · IBM
