- Deliverables
- Remediate oil hotspots using material replacement drilling, 1.5 m in diameter, including contaminated-soil disposal.
- Eligibility
- Provide one company reference from the last ten years for contaminated-site remediation using material replacement drilling, worth at least CHF 600'000.00 excluding VAT.
- Award
- Price carries 60%; the comparable company reference carries 40%, assessed for execution quality, cost and schedule control, and collaboration.
- Watch out
- A 10% contractual penalty, minimum CHF 20,000, applies per breach of labour, equality or environmental obligations.
