ASTRA is procuring construction works to rehabilitate ageing bridges on Basel’s heavily trafficked N02, including safety, seismic and noise-protection upgrades.
- Deliverables
- Works cover bridge repairs, 4,000 t cast asphalt, 20,000 m² sealing and 3,500 m vehicle restraint systems.
- Eligibility
- Require road and bridge references each worth CHF 15 Mio. under traffic, two HANV references over 1,000 m², and turnover twice the contract’s annual value.
- Award
- Award weights: price 30%, provider and offer quality 20% each, works programme 15%, and construction time 15%.
- Watch out
- Subcontractors may perform at most 50% of the work; the site manager must be available at least 60% during construction.

Das Projekt EM OT erstreckt sich im Abschnitt 2 entlang der N02 zwischen km 3.275 - 3.782 im Kanton Basel-Stadt. Es ist einer der am stärksten befahrenen Nationalstrassen der Schweiz. Aufgrund des Bauwerkalters sind entsprechende Instandsetzungsmassnahmen notwendig. Für folgende Instandsetzungsobjekte werden vorliegende Arbeiten ausgeschrieben: Instandsetzung von BRÜCKE Zufahrt rechtes Rheinufer vor den Schwarzwaldbrücken Basel (nur Lokalstrassen), BRÜCKE Schwarzwald West + Ost, BRÜCKEN 01 - 05 Breite Basel, Velobrücke in der Breite Auffahrtsrampe. 1:1 Instandsetzung aller Verschleissteile aller Brücken inkl. Umsetzung AP-Lärm (auf saniertem Unterbau) / Kombination Instandsetzung Br. Schwarzwald mit Anpassung Trottoir, Erdbebenertüchtigung, Ersatz Fahrzeugrückhaltesystem durch ein normiertes System, Deckbelagsersatz auf Stammlinie der Schwarzwaldbrücke, bei allen anderen Brücken Ersatz Belag und Abdichtung, Ersatz Entwässerung der Schwarzwaldbrücke, Neue Lärmschutzwand Schwarzwaldbrücke West, Instandsetzung der bestehenden Lärmschutzwänden, Ersatz Bushaltestelle, Erdbebenertüchtigung, Sanierung der Brückenlager, Ersatz vertikale Spannglieder der Brücke Schwarzwald Hauptmengen: Gussasphalt: 4000 t Asphalttraggerüst HANV: 100 t Walzasphalt: 600 t Versiegelung / PBD: 20'000 m2 Abdichtung HANV: 1'500 m2 Instandsetzung Brüstung: 3'000 m Ersatz FZRS: 3'500 m Neue LSW (Glas): 900 m2 Neue LSW (Kassetten): 300 m2 UHFB Verstärkung / Belag: 250 m2 Konstruktionsbeton: 500 m3 Bewehrung: 75 t Neue Randsteine: 1'000 m Neue FBü: 130 m Instandsetzung Geländer: 550 m Querrinne UHFB: 45 Stk.
