Der Cordulaplatz in Baden ist in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig. Der Bau neuer Fernwärmeleitungen durch die Regionalwerke AG Baden (RWB) gibt den Anstoss, den Platz zu sanieren und auch bei Gas- und Wasserversorgung kleinere Massnahmen umzusetzen. Der Oberbau wird bei der Sanierung komplett durch eine neue Pflästerung ersetzt, dabei soll eine Umgestaltung in kleinem Rahmen erfolgen, mit dem Ziel, dass nebst Werterhalt auch eine Steigerung der Nutzungsqualität einhergeht. Arbeitsumfang: konventionelle Tiefbauarbeiten für Oberbau und Werkleitungen Rohrleitungsbau Fernwärme, Wasser und Gas erfolgt durch Regionalwerke AG Baden
