Swissgrid AG is replacing the 380-kV Leibstadt installation with a new substation building, procuring its construction and building systems to support the renewal.

Die Erneuerung der 380‑kV‑Anlage Leibstadt erfolgt im Zusammenhang mit dem Neubau eines Unterwerksgebäudes. Das Projekt umfasst die wesentlichen Bauarbeiten wie Vorbereitungs- und Erdarbeiten, Strassenbau, sowie den Neubau des eingeschossigen Unterwerksgebäudes inklusive HLKSE. Ergänzend werden Kabelinfrastrukturen sowie die notwendigen Werkleitungsanschlüsse erstellt, um den Standort vollständig zu erschliessen und betrieblich zu sichern. In der vorliegenden Baumeisterausschreibung für das neue Gebäude sind die folgenden Arbeiten auszuführen: Baustelleneinrichtung (exkl. Abzäunungen), inkl. Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, Erdung der Bauinstallation, Erstellen des Bauprovisoriums. Neubau Unterwerksgebäude 380 kV (UWG) in der bestehenden Schaltanlage, Ortbetonarbeiten, Architektur (Aussen- und Innenausbau) inkl. komplette Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Elektro, Erdung etc.) und Fundamenterdung. Lieferung und Einbau von Gebäudeblitzschutz und Gebäudeerdungselemente.
