- Deliverables
- Indicative quantities: 4'200 m2 paving, 2100 m utility trenches, 800 m district-heating trenches and 450 m Centub DN 300-1000 sewer.
- Eligibility
- Each participating firm and major subcontractor must submit 2 to 5 comparable references, mostly from the last three years, and an ISO 9001 certificate.
- Award
- Price carries 50 %, competence 30 %, schedule 15 % and company structure 5 %.
- Watch out
- Approximate quantities may vary without changing unit prices; weather-related lost hours are uncompensated.
