Gesucht wird eine Anbieterin für Tiefbauarbeiten. Das Elektrizitätswerk der Stadt Zürich Fernwärme baut im Perimeter Sihlfeld eine Fernwärmeversorgung auf. Die Wärme wird ab der Kammer Feldstrasse gefasst, führt über die Brauerstrasse und Herman-Greulich-Strasse und quert die bestehende SBB-Brücke bis zum Erismannhof. Ab dem Erismannhof wird der Wärmeverbund Sihlfeld angeschlossen. Der Projektperimeter umfasst die Zentrale Lochergut, die Seebahnstrasse, die Stauffacherstrasse, die Zypressenstrasse und die Ernastrasse. In der Seebahnstrasse und der Stauffacherstrasse werden die Fernwärmeleitungen in der bestehenden Werkleitungskulisse geführt. Ab dem Bullingerplatz verläuft die Leitung in der Zypressenstrasse und Ernstrasse im offenen Graben. Zum Projektperimeter gehört zusätzlich die Fernwärmeleitung ab Erismannhof bis und mit Querung der SBB Brücke und diverse Hausanschlüsse. Die Querungen Hohlstrasse / Herman-Greulich-Strasse und Brauerstrasse sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Submission. Zusätzlich beteiligen sich die Wasserversorgung Zürich und Energie360° Gas am Projekt.
