Die Arbeiten der Gemeinde Oetwil an der Limmat im Projektperimeter umfassen den Ersatz der Mischabwasserkanalisation und der Wasserleitung in der Hüttikerstrasse Etappe 2. Anschliessend soll die Strasse und der Gehweg saniert und die öffentliche Beleuchtung wird erneuert. Hierfür werden die Kandelaber ersetzt und durch LED – Leuchten ersetzt. (Lieferung und Montage der Kandelaber durch Drittunternehmer (Vergabe durch Gemeinde). Die Rohranlage wird durch Dritte geliefert. Im Projektperimeter wird das Stromnetz der EKZ erweitert. Die Rohranlage und die Verteilkabinen werden vom EKZ geliefert. Die GIB-Solutions (Antenne) sowie Swisscom haben auch ein Projektvorhaben angemeldet und möchte Teile der Kommunikationsanlage im Projektperimeter erneuern. Die hierfür benötigten Tiefbauarbeiten sind nicht Teil dieser Ausschreibung und werden separat beim Bauunternehmer durch die GIB-Solutions / Swisscom angefragt. Nach dem Ersatz der Werkleitungen wird die Hüttikerstrasse im Bereich ab Hüttikerstrasse 15 bis Dorfstrasse saniert. Sämtliche Randabschlüsse werden neu versetzt.
