Die Gemeinde Bassersdorf möchte die Abwasserinfrastruktur entlang der Hubstrasse erneuern. Ebenso wird die öffentliche Beleuchtung durch die EKZ ersetzt und erneuert, es werden Kabeltrassearbeiten durchgeführt und ein EKZ Verteilkabine im Bereich Hubstrasse 21a ersetzt. Von der Swisscom sollen Rahmen und Deckel von zwei Plattenschächten ersetzt werden. Im Strassenbau werden die Asphaltbeläge sowie die Randabschlüsse im Bereich der Hubstrasse Nr. 9 bis Hubstrasse Nr. 24 ersetzt.
