ewz is furnishing the BGH building in the second phase of the ewz-Areal Herdern project, supplying furniture for its varied work and shared spaces with emphasis on durability, repairability and sustainability.
- Deliverables
- Three lots cover standard furniture for ancillary and main rooms, plus custom-made indoor furniture.
- Contract
- Lots 1-2 use purchase contracts; lot 3 uses a works-supply contract.
- Eligibility
- Submit comparable references demonstrating experience with projects of similar size and complexity.
- Award
- Lots 1-2: price and solution quality each 40%; lot 3: quality 50%, price 30%.
- Watch out
- Late delivery penalties for lots 1-2 are 1‰ per calendar day, capped at 10% of total remuneration.

Im Rahmen des Projekts ewz-Areal Herdern, Etappe 2, Gebäude BGH wird die Möblierung für die verschiedenen Nutzungsbereiche des Gebäudes beschafft. Die Ausschreibung umfasst drei Lose: Los 1: Standardmöbel für Nebenräume Los 2: Standardmöbel für Haupträume Los 3: Projektspezifisch gefertigte Möbel für den Innenbereich Dabei werden Möbel für unterschiedliche Bereiche wie Büros, Besprechungs- und Konferenzräume, Gastronomie, Aufenthaltsbereiche, Garderoben, Sozial- und Nebenräume vorgesehen. Die Beschaffung legt neben Gestaltung und Funktionalität besonderen Wert auf Qualität, Langlebigkeit, Reparaturfähigkeit sowie eine nachhaltige und umweltverträgliche Ausführung.
