- Deliverables
- 4x4 diesel machine, crane with grapple, two rear winches and trailer towing up to 18 tonnes; old machine taken back.
- Contract
- Three-stage payment in Swiss francs; price includes DDP delivery to Le Châble.
- Eligibility
- At least 3 similar machines already in service in Switzerland; offer and after-sales service must be in French.
- Award
- Price 30%, trials and performance 30%; scores below 2.5/5 on trials or service may exclude.
- Watch out
- Offer binding for 4 months; late-delivery penalties 1% weekly, capped at 15%, with possible termination.

Acquisition d’une machine forestière neuve complète (agrégats de débusquage et de levage) pour l’exploitation de bois long, mi-long et billon, avec possibilité de tracter des remorques jusqu’à 18 tonnes. Caractéristiques principales exigées : transmission 4x4, motorisation diesel conforme aux normes antipollution en vigueur ; grue avec grappin (couple de levage ≥ 100 kNm, portée ≥ 8 m, utilisable sans stabilisateurs et en déplacement, travail possible sur 370°) ; largeur comprise entre 2500 mm et 2600 mm ; poids total compris entre 12 et 17 tonnes ; deux treuils arrière de 10 tonnes minimum, câbles de 100 m minimum ; machine adaptée au climat et à la topographie du Bas-Valais, immatriculée pour la circulation routière. Marché non divisé en lots. Reprise de l’ancienne machine (PFANZELT PM-Trac 2385-4f). Livraison souhaitée en septembre 2027.
