Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. In dieser Submission sind die neu zu erstellenden Trockenbauarbeiten (ca. 300 m2 Vorsatzschalen) sowie Nassputzarbeiten auf ca. 2'900 m2 Wände enthalten.
