armasuisse Immobilien is procuring floor screeds and hard-concrete flooring for the Auenfeld barracks accommodation building, as part of its comprehensive renovation.
- Deliverables
- Install moisture barrier over about 1,300 m² and insulation, screeds and hard-concrete flooring over about 8,350 m²; grind and seal about 5,700 m².
- Eligibility
- Provide two references from the last five years, each over CHF 1,000,000, for screeds and ground hard-concrete flooring.
- Award
- Price carries Z1 (60%); sustainability Z4 (20%), key-person references Z2 (10%) and technical report Z3 (10%).
- Watch out
- Kasernen operations may require work stoppages; resulting additional costs are included in unit prices.

Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. Die Submission beinhaltet folgende Leistung: Lieferung und fachgerechter Einbau einer Feuchtigkeitssperre auf dem Boden EG aus Polymerbitumenbahnen auf einer Fläche von ca. 1'300 m2. Lieferung und Montage von je 20 mm Trittschall- und Wärmedämmung über 8'350 m2. Lieferung und Einbau von Unterlagsböden und Hartbetonbeläge über ca. 8'350 m2. Die rund 5'700 m2 Hartbetonbeläge werden im Anschluss geschliffen und versiegelt.
