Mit der Durchführung einer Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren im vom Staatsvertrag erfassten Bereich beabsichtigt die IGS als Auftraggeberin, externe Entwicklungsleistungen für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie den 3rd‑Level‑Support des Versichertenportals (auch Kundenportal genannt) zu beschaffen. Konkret beinhaltet der Beschaffungsgegenstand die Bereitstellung eines interdisziplinären Teams mit den folgenden Fähigkeiten: Requirements Engineering Frontend-Entwicklung Backend-Entwicklung UI/UX‑Design Infrastruktur‑Engineering im OpenShift‑/Container‑Umfeld Die Leistungen werden zur Erweiterung der bestehenden Liferay DXP‑Plattform eingesetzt. Dabei stehen die Entwicklung neuer Module, Komponenten sowie Aufgaben im 3rd‑Level‑Support des produktiven Betriebs im Zentrum. Mit der Ausschreibung wird eine Anbieterin gesucht, welche die benötigten Leistungen mit entsprechenden eigenen Fachpersonen abdecken kann. Mit der Zuschlagsempfängerin wird ein Rahmenvertrag über eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren abgeschlossen.
