Le projet consiste en une mission complète d'ingénierie et de maîtrise d'œuvre pour l'assainissement du tronçon T2 en aval de l'usine du Châtelot (Les Planchettes/NE), pour le compte de la Société des Forces Motrices du Châtelot SA (SFMC). Il s'agit de démoduler les éclusées de la centrale existante en construisant une nouvelle centrale à l'amont immédiat de l'installation actuelle. Le mandataire (MOE) devra couvrir l'ensemble des phases d'étude selon les normes SIA — variantes et faisabilité (SIA 21), avant-projet (SIA 31), projet (SIA 32), demandes d'autorisation (SIA 33), appel d'offres travaux (SIA 41) et suivi de réalisation (SIA 5, en option).
