Bänziger Partner AG is procuring repairs to KKL Bridge 1 and its utility canal, plus gravel replacement in Seebecken 2, to renew the bridge, seal the canal and replace the basin gravel.
- Deliverables
- Works include about 31 t of steel, 1,050 m² of steel corrosion protection, 21 elastomer bearings and 630 m³ of gravel.
- Eligibility
- Require two qualifying bridge references, a quality system, liability insurance over 10 Mio., financial capacity and a current debt-enforcement extract.
- Award
- Price 50%, technical report 30%, key-person expertise 15%, and apprentice training 5%.
- Watch out
- The offer must show the works are at most 50% of average annual turnover; subcontracting may not exceed 50% of the offer.

Gegenstand und Umfang des Auftrages Das Projekt "Instandsetzung KKL Brücke 1" umfasst folgende Teilprojekte: Instandsetzung der KKL Brücke 1, Instandsetzung und Abdichtung des Werkleitungskanals, Kiesersatz Seebecken 2 Die Instandsetzung der KKL Brücke 1 umfasst folgende Hauptbaumassnahmen: Demontage und Wiedermontage des Holzbohlenbelags (elementweise) und der Brückengeländer Demontage des Stahl-Tragwerks der Brücke, Erneuerung des Korrosionsschutzes der Stahlträger im Werk resp. Ersatz der Stahlträger, Wiedermontage des Stahl-Tragwerk Ersatz der Elastomerlager Die Instandsetzung des Werkleitungskanals umfasst folgende Hauptbaumassnahmen: Abdichten der wasserführenden Elementfugen und Durchdringungen (Leitungen) Injizieren der wasserführenden Risse Ersatz der Schachteinstiege Das Kies im Seebecken 2 wird komplett entfernt und durch neues Kies ersetzt. Der ausführliche Projektbeschrieb ist in den besonderen Bestimmungen zu finden. Hauptmengen: Stahl ca. 31 t Korrosionsschutz Stahlbau ca. 1050 m2 Elastomerlager ca. 21 St. Kies Seebecken ca. 630 m3
