- Civil works cover road surfacing, kerbs, sewer replacement, drainage, lighting works, public-space landscaping and contaminated-material disposal.
- Contract
- The award uses the total tender sum; separate works contracts and invoicing apply for each client.
- Eligibility
- Annual turnover must be disclosed, and the tender sum may not exceed 30% of the three-year average.
- Watch out
- Unit-price work may not be shifted into unrelated or global-price items; unexplained underpricing can lead to exclusion.
