Gemeindeverband ARA Oberseetal is procuring civil engineering and demolition works to replace its wastewater treatment plant with a pumping station connected to ARA Buholz, then repurpose the existing basins.
- Deliverables
- Build the pumping station, demolish buildings, convert existing basins and reinstate the surroundings in two stages.
- Contract
- Akkord contract paid at measured quantities and tendered unit prices; price adjustment follows SIA 123 Produktionskosten-Index.
- Eligibility
- No consortiums or partial bids; variants only with the original offer.
- Award
- Submit a technical report, construction schedule, sustainability and education-and-society documents.

Die ARA Oberseetal wird aufgehoben und an die ARA Buholz angeschlossen. In der vorliegenden Submission werden die Baumeister-, Rückbau-, Tiefbau- und Umgebungsarbeiten für den Umbau der ARA Oberseetal zu einem Pumpwerk ausgeschrieben. Die Arbeiten erfolgen in 2 Etappen. In der ersten Etappe erfolgt ein Teilrückbau und der Bau des neuen Pumpwerks im Bestand. Nach Inbetriebnahme erfolgt der Rückbau der Gebäude, die Arbeiten zur Umnutzung der bestehenden Klärbecken zu Regen-/Havariebecken und der Umbau der Umgebung.
