Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de gros œuvre et de maçonnerie dans le cadre de la rénovation et de la transformation du bâtiment PICTO, situé avenue Ernest-Pictet 28–30 à Genève. Les prestations comprennent notamment les travaux de maçonnerie, de béton et de béton armé, les travaux de démolition et de reconstruction liés au gros œuvre, ainsi que l’ensemble des travaux, fournitures, adaptations, raccordements et finitions nécessaires à la réalisation complète des prestations. Les travaux seront réalisés en coordination avec les autres corps de métier intervenant dans le cadre de la rénovation globale du bâtiment.
