- Unit prices; payment follows actual quantities, with no compensation for quantity-related loss of productivity.

La Ville de Lancy souhaite entreprendre la rénovation complète des deux escaliers métalliques hélicoïdaux situés de part et d’autre de la route du Pont-Butin et donnant accès au tablier du viaduc des Grandes Communes OA 3901 au Petit-Lancy. Le périmètre comprend les installations et protections provisoires, la transformation et le renforcement des éléments métalliques, la remise en état des marches et garde-corps, la protection anticorrosion, la mise à la terre et les travaux de finition. Le marché est prévu pour une entreprise spécialisée dans la construction métallique et le traitement anticorrosion. L’adjudicataire assure la coordination de ses sous-traitants et remet un ouvrage complet, contrôlé et prêt à être remis au public.
