The Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) is procuring bridge joints, bearings and related works for three N12 bridges as part of their replacement, seismic strengthening and rehabilitation.
- Deliverables
- Supply and install joints and bearings on three bridges, including grouting and lifting to replace selected bearings.
- Contract
- Subcontracting is capped at 50% of the value of the required services.
- Eligibility
- Provide one comparable completed project reference; two may cover joints and bearings separately, and annual turnover must be at least twice the contract value.
- Award
- Price carries 40%; four quality and duration criteria each carry 15%.
- Watch out
- Works take place on live motorways with traffic management, staged cross-phases and night work in critical phases.

Le projet concerne le remplacement des joints de chaussée, la mise en conformité sismique et des assainissements divers de 3 ponts autoroutiers de la N12 entre l’échangeur de La Veyre et Châtel-St-Denis. Les ouvrages concernés sont le Pont de Cucloz, le Pont sur La Denève et le Pont de Saumont. Le présent lot « Lot GC1 - F+P Equipements de ponts » (ID 11894) concerne en particulier (non-exhaustif) : La fourniture et la pose de joints de chaussée pour les 3 ponts ; La fourniture et la pose d’appareils d’appuis pour les 3 ponts ; Des opérations de vérinage (fourniture matériel et exécution) pour les 3 ponts, afin de remplacer certains appareils d’appuis des culées et des piles. Les travaux se déroulent au sein du domaine autoroutier, avec gestion de trafic et phasage transversal séquentiel des travaux. Des travaux de nuit sont nécessaires pour certaines phases critiques du projet.
