Le présent appel d'offres porte sur l’acquisition de deux (2) véhicules utilitaires tout-terrain de type « UNIMOG » ou équivalent, destinés aux centres de construction de Sâles/FR et de Matran/FR en Suisse. Ces véhicules seront utilisés dans le cadre des activités de construction, d’entretien et de dépannage des réseaux électriques, notamment en milieu rural et dans des conditions d’accès difficiles.
