Das Tiefbauamt des Kantons Bern erhebt auf dem Kantonsstrassennetz Verkehrsdaten mit 14-tägigen periodischen Messungen an zahlreichen Querschnitten (jährlich oder alle 2, 4 bzw. 8 Jahre) sowie bei Bedarf mit projektbezogenen Zusatzerhebungen. Die Daten dienen unter anderem Strassen-, ÖV- und Lärmsanierungsprojekten, dem kantonalen Verkehrsmodell sowie Unterhalt und Sanierungen. Ausgeschrieben werden die periodischen und projektbezogenen Erhebungen für die Jahre 2027 bis 2029, wobei 2029 als Option gilt. Der Auftrag umfasst Planung, Abstimmung und Durchführung der Messungen sowie die Übergabe der Daten und der Dokumentation im vom TBA bereitgestellten Tool.
