Kantonspolizei Bern is procuring POLYCOM, mobile-network and GNSS inhouse and tunnel repeater systems, plus maintenance and repairs, to provide reliable indoor and tunnel coverage.
- Deliverables
- Supply, install, document and commission repeaters; perform coverage measurements and notify authorities and providers.

- Framework agreement also enables Bern’s Tiefbauamt and BORS to order; extension option: one year.

Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung beschafft die Kantonspolizei Bern Inhouse- und Tunnelrepeateranlagen, welche die vom technischen Pflichtenheft geforderte Qualität und betriebliche Leistungsfähigkeit aufweisen. Es handelt sich dabei um drei verschiedene Arten von Inhouse- und Tunnelrepeateranlagen (POLYCOM, Mobiltelefonie und GNSS). Nebst den Inhouse- und Tunnelrepeateranlagen selbst wird auch deren Wartung bzw. Reparatur beschafft. Zudem muss der Anbieter die nötigen Meldungen an die Mobilfunkanbieter vornehmen. Der vorgesehene Rahmenvertrag soll neben dem Auftraggeber (Kantonspolizei Bern) auch dem Tiefbauamt des Kantons Bern sowie Behörden und Organisationen für Rettung und Sicherheit (BORS) ermöglichen, Inhouse- und Tunnelrepeateranlagen zu bestellen. Die Bestellungen selbst erfolgen sodann nicht durch den Auftraggeber, sondern selbständig durch das Tiefbauamt des Kantons Bern sowie die BORS.
