Das Gemeindezentrum wird einer Gesamtsanierung unterzogen inklusive einer Fassaden- und Gebäudehüllensanierung. Im Innenausbau werden sämtliche Haustechnik Installationen neu gemacht und alle Oberflächen erneuert. Alle Sanitärinstallationen werden grundsätzlich erneuert. Im Schutzraum werden die sanitären Apparate ersetzt, die bestehenden Anschlussleitungen bleiben jedoch bestehen.
