Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenkauf- und Dienstleistungsvertrags für den Bezug von HPE- und Dell-Serverkomponenten, Zubehör, Supportleistungen und ergänzenden Dienstleistungen durch die Kantonspolizei Bern. Im Zentrum der Beschaffung steht der Bezug von Serverkomponenten der Hersteller HPE und Dell. Der Rahmenvertrag soll der Kantonspolizei Bern eine verlässliche Bezugsquelle für beide Hersteller schaffen, wobei festzuhalten ist, dass HPE den Grossteil der Bezugsquelle darstellt. Der Anbieter hat sicherzustellen, dass sie sowohl HPE- als auch Dell-Produkte, entsprechende Zubehör- und Erweiterungskomponenten, gleichwertige Ersatz- und Nachfolgeprodukte sowie die dazugehörigen herstellerbezogenen Supportleistungen bereitstellen kann.
