armasuisse is replacing its existing shooting-noise management system because current checks across multiple steps and partners are cumbersome; the new web solution will automate timely assessment of noise impacts and legal compliance at Swiss Army shooting ranges.
- Deliverables
- The base package covers project management, design, architecture, agile development and deployment of SLIM.
- Contract
- Framework contract paid on actual effort, with a binding cost ceiling; licenses, training, operations and changes are options.
- Eligibility
- All bidders must meet participation and suitability criteria; offer evidence is required, including Swiss data storage and German-language presentation.
- Award
- Price weighs 30%; solution concept 30%, plan, experience and presentation 10% each.
- Watch out
- The framework creates no purchase commitment; individual contracts depend on annual parliamentary credit approval.
