Beschaffungsgegenstand ist ein Spül- und Saugwagen 10x4 mit einem Gesamtgewicht von 40'000 Kg. Der vorhandene Spül- und Saugwagen des Nationalstrassen Betriebes mit Standort Bern soll im Jahre 2027 ersetzt werden. Das neue betriebsbereite Fahrzeug muss den Anforderungen, gemäss Technische Spezifikation (Beilage 3) entsprechen.
