Die Massnahmen umfassen die Ausführung der Arbeiten Lehrgebäude HC, Verwaltungsgebäude HJ und der Werkstattgebäude HB und HD: Die Gebäude HC, HJ, mit Verwaltungs- und Schulungsräumen soll saniert werden und an die heute gültigen Normen angepasst werden. Generell ist die Gebäudehülle, die technischen Anlagen und Teile der Innenbereiche zu erneuern. Das gleiche gilt für die Werkstattgebäude HB und HD. Die Sanitärerschliessung ist verkalkt/oxydiert und fördert via Ringsystem überall trübes Wasser. Die Druckluftanlage ist für heutige Nutzung überdimensioniert und hat hohe Verluste.
