Die bestehende Liegenschaft der Alten Gewerbeschule, Petersgraben 52, Basel wird entkernt, saniert und unter denkmalpflegerischen Aspekten umgebaut. Unter anderen werden neue Treppen und Liftschächte hergestellt sowie im Innenhof ein neues Untergeschoss und Erdgeschoss ergänzt. Die gesamte Liegenschaft wird neu strukturiert und ertüchtigt. Die Liegenschaft wird für die Zeit der Umbauarbeiten leergezogen. Bei den Arbeiten handelt es sich um diverse Metallbauarbeiten, Handläufe, Geländer, Fenstergitter, usw. inkl. Sanierung von histeorischen Metallelementen, gemäss den geltenden technischen Normen und den Anforderungen des Bauvorhabens.
