Die fünf zwischen 1900 und 1906 erbauten Stadthäuser sind im Inventar der Denkmalpflege eingetragen. Die derzeit für Büro- und Labornutzung verwendeten Liegenschaften werden wieder zu Wohnraum umgebaut. Der Innenhof wird umgestaltet, sodass ein Aussenraum für die Bewohnenden entsteht. Neben Grünflächen ist ein kleiner Spielplatz, ein Gemeinschaftsplatz mit Brunnen und Pergola sowie ein Velounterstand vorgesehen. Aufgrund von erhöhten PFAS-Werten im Untergrund muss ein Grossteil des Innenhofes unterirdisch abgedichtet und das Aushubmaterial in Sondermülldeponien entsorgt werden. Ein Grossteil der Kosten der ausgeschrieben Leistungen entsteht durch die Altlastensanierung.
