The Office cantonal des bâtiments (OCBA) is renovating two natural-grass football pitches and a mini-pitch at Balexert for Servette FC, as a temporary facility pending the club’s move to the future football academy.
- Deliverables
- Convert two pitches to synthetic turf with drainage; renew mini-pitch surfacing and provide sports equipment and lighting foundations.
- Contract
- One works contract for two co-buyers; submit separate invoices to each, with amounts communicated later.
- Eligibility
- Provide three comparable references completed within 10 years or nearing completion, and have operated in the field for over three years.
- Award
- Evaluation includes price, references, key personnel, technical solutions, schedule and understanding of the scope.
- Watch out
- The submitted offer is firm and binding for 12 months.

Le projet est une rénovation de 2 terrains de football ainsi que dʼun terrain mini-pitch pour le Servette FC, sur le site de Balexert. Le projet comprend également le remplacement de lʼéclairage existant. La transformation des 2 terrains en gazon naturel en terrains synthétiques nécessite la mise en place dʼun système de drainage adapté à la nouvelle configuration. Ces travaux impliquent des excavations, des analyses de sols ont été faites afin dʼen déterminer la composition et dʼéventuelle pollution. Le mini-pitch, déjà équipé dʼun revêtement synthétique et fonctionnant sans système de drainage, ne fera lʼobjet dʼaucune modification structurelle. Les travaux se limiteront au renouvellement du revêtement existant. Cʼest pourquoi il est inutile de procéder à des investigations géotechniques ou environnementales sur ce terrain. Le remplacement de l’éclairage existant est prévu au moyen de nouveaux mâts implantés à des emplacements différents de ceux des mâts actuels. La réalisation de nouvelles semelles de fondation est donc à prévoir pour ces mâts, ainsi que pour les futures armoires électriques. La fourniture et la pose des mâts d’éclairage et des projecteurs ne font pas partie du présent appel d’offres. Le démontage des mâts existants est à prévoir, sous réserve de confirmation.
