- Deliverables
- Develop, install and document the portal, support content integration, train key users, and provide maintenance and support.

- Development work is paid by effort under a cost ceiling; further development is optional.
- Eligibility
- Provide two references, each worth at least CHF 100'000 exkl. MWST; one must concern a Geoportal and one integrated search.
- Award
- Price weighs 30%, solution concept 40%, and provider and project-lead references 15% each.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for three months; late delivery can incur penalties of 1 Promille per day, capped at 10%.

Die im April 2023 verabschiedete kantonale Datenstrategie von Basel-Stadt setzt sich für eine transparente, vernetzte und sichere Datenbewirtschaftung ein. Dies ist eine wichtige Grundlage für zukunftsgerichtete Dienstleistungen. Im Rahmen des gesamtkantonalen Projekts „Kantonale Dateninfrastruktur” (KDI) wird unter anderem die kantonale Geodateninfrastruktur erneuert. Dazu gehören das Geoportal (www.geo.bs.ch), das WebGIS (www.map.geo.bs.ch) sowie alle Schnittstellen, Dienste und Softwarekomponenten, die an der Geodatenintegration und -publikation beteiligt sind. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf das Geoportal als zentrales Element der kantonalen Geodateninfrastruktur. Es diente bisher als zentraler Einstiegspunkt zu sämtlichen Daten, Diensten und Angeboten der Fachstelle für Geoinformation. Mit der kantonalen Initiative und der strategischen Neuausrichtung der Geoinformation soll das Geoportal Basel-Stadt zukünftig der zentrale Einstiegspunkt zu Geodaten und Angeboten im gesamten Kanton werden. Auch Angebote anderer Dienststellen sollen auffindbar sein, beispielsweise über Links oder einbinden externer Suchresultate. Nutzende sollen über das neue Geoportal einfach, schnell und nutzerfreundlich Zugang zu den im Kanton vorhandenen Ressourcen, Applikationen und Informationen im Zusammenhang mit Geoinformationen und -daten sowie wichtiger angrenzender Bereiche wie z.B. das kantonale Datenportal, das auch Daten mit Raumbezug publiziert, erhalten. Ziele des neuen Geoportals sind eine einfache, intuitive Nutzerführung sowie die Funktion als Einstiegspunkt für die Geodaten des Kantons. Das bestehende Geoportal wird abgelöst; Weiterleitungen von bestehenden URLs (geo.bs.ch) sind vorzusehen. Nicht Bestandteil des Vorhabens (out of scope) ist die Rückverlinkung aus MapBS ins Geoportal, die Einbettung der Hilfe in die Applikationen sowie die Karteneinbindung und Verlinkung relevanter Inhalte auf WebBS-Themenseiten.
