- Deliverables
- Deliver phase 4 tendering and award, then phase 5 execution, for two school blocks and a triple gym.
- Contract
- The fee offer covers SIA phases 4 and 5; expenses are not reimbursed and incidental costs are billed separately.
- Eligibility
- Submit three personal references from the last 10-15 years, recent register extracts, a signed self-declaration and proof of training an apprentice within five years.
- Award
- Price carries 60 %, references 30 % and offer plausibility 10 % of the evaluation.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 12 months; self-declaration breaches can trigger exclusion, penalties up to 10% of the adjusted offer, or a CHF 15,000 contractual penalty.

Die Gemeinde Gränichen bedarf mit dem Start zum Schuljahr 29/30 an zusätzlichem Schulraum. Für den Neubau des Oberstufen Campus sucht die Gemeinde Gränichen einen Gesamtplaner für die Phase 4 (Ausschreibung und Vergabe) sowie Phase 5 (Ausführung). Die Phasen 31 bis 33 sind bereits abgeschlossen. Das Verfahren ist der Interkantonalen Vereinbarung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (IVöB) unterstellt. Durchgeführt wird eine Generalplaner-Submission im offenen Verfahren nach Art. 18.
