Beschaffungsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Gesamtplanung des Mieterausbaus der Busgarage an der Türliackerstrasse 3, in Spreitenbach gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Der Mieterausbau umfasst sämtliche für den Betrieb erforderlichen baulichen, technischen und betrieblichen Einrichtungen innerhalb der von den VBZ genutzten Flächen. Dazu gehören insbesondere: Busdepot mit Abstellhalle und Abstellplätzen Betriebsinfrastruktur sowie Technik-, Lager- und Nebenräume Werkstattbereiche Waschanlage Tankanlage Büro-, Aufenthalts- und Sozialräume sowie Garderoben Parkierungsflächen
