Die Ausschreibung beschreibt die Beschaffung externer SAP-Dienstleistungen für die bestehende SAP-S/4HANA-Systemlandschaft der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW. Gesucht wird eine qualifizierte Dienstleistungspartnerin, welche die FHNW bedarfsgerecht in den Bereichen SAP Business Consulting, Solution Architecture, Entwicklung und Integration, Projekt- und Transformationsunterstützung sowie Application Management und Support unterstützt. Die Leistungen beziehen sich insbesondere auf die eingesetzten SAP-Module und -Komponenten in den Bereichen FI/CO, HR/HCM, SD und MM. Es wird ein Dienstleistungsvertag mit einer Laufzeit von fünf (5) Jahren und der Option auf Verlängerung (3 mal um weitere 12 Monate) abgeschlossen.
