Werke am Zürichsee AG is procuring excavation and roadworks on Rütistrasse for the Zollikon district heating network, to enable installation of its Fernwärmeleitungen.
- Deliverables
- Works include about 1'230 m3 excavation, 1'810 m2 trench shoring and 520 m3 sand backfill.
- Contract
- Only unit-price offers are accepted; the offer remains binding for 6 months.
- Eligibility
- Two Fernwärmeleitung references of at least Fr. 1,0 Mio. each and ISO 9001 or equivalent are required.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%; key-person experience 15%, technical report 10%, construction programme 10%, apprentices 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers must include a construction programme; no compensation is due if the project is not approved.
