An der Bullingerstrasse 39 in Zürich wird die bestehende Energiezentrale durch einen zweigeschossigen Anbau mit Unter- und Erdgeschoss erweitert. Das Untergeschoss umfasst Technikräume und ein Pelletslager, während im Erdgeschoss die neue Heizzentrale untergebracht wird. Der Leistungsumfang der Baumeisterarbeiten umfasst insbesondere die Baugrubensicherung mittels abgestützter Rühlwand, die erforderlichen Erd- und Aushubarbeiten einschliesslich der offenen Wasserhaltung zur Ableitung von Hang- und Meteorwasser sowie die Erstellung der Fundation auf Mikropfählen. Weiter umfasst der Auftrag die Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten für die Bodenplatten, Wände und Decken des Neubaus. Die erdberührten Bauteile des Untergeschosses sind als wasserdichte Gelbe Wanne auszuführen.
