Gemeinde Flurlingen seeks a system-built facility for school-age childcare, after withdrawing a planned new-build but facing an acute need for additional places. It aims to provide a timely, economical solution on the primary school site.
- Deliverables
- Deliver full planning, permitting, execution, construction and commissioning; reuse of an existing facility is possible.
- Contract
- Open-book cost cap; project cost target BKP 1-9 is max. CHF 0.8 million incl. VAT.
- Eligibility
- Submit two completed GLA references, preferably within 8 years, with BKP 1-9 costs ideally at least CHF 0.5 million.
- Award
- Award weights: overall concept 45 %, price 40 %, references and company structure 10 %, site setup and schedule 5 %.
- Watch out
- Late handover incurs CHF 10,000 per week, capped at 10 weekly penalties (max. CHF 100,000).

Die Gemeinde Flurlingen zählt rund 1'500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner und gehört zum Bezirk Andelfingen im Kanton Zürich. Aufgrund der attraktiven Wohnlage sowie der anhaltenden Nachfrage nach familienergänzenden Betreuungsangeboten steigt auch in Flurlingen der Bedarf an geeigneten Räumlichkeiten für schulergänzende Tagesstrukturen. Auf Grund des negativen Echos anlässlich einer Infoveranstaltung wurde ein geplantes Neu-bauvorhaben für die Tagesstrukturen zurückgezogen. Unabhängig davon besteht jedoch weiterhin ein akuter Bedarf an zusätzlichen Betreuungsplätzen. Um zeitnah eine funktionierende und wirtschaftliche Lösung bereitstellen zu können, beabsichtigt die Gemeinde Flurlingen deshalb die Erstellung eines einfachen Systembaus auf dem Areal der Primarschule.Ein Re-Use einer bestehenden Anlage ist möglich. Die Gemeinde Flurlingen hat ein Kostenziel (BKP 1-9) für dieses Projekt von max. CHF 0.8 Mio. (inkl. MwSt.).
