Immobilien Stadt Zürich (IMMO) is procuring wood products for ongoing joinery and carpentry maintenance and repairs to municipal buildings, securing reliable supply as current needs continue.
- Deliverables
- Deliveries include collection, individual and express orders, ComNorm data exchange and reporting.
- Contract
- Two framework suppliers per lot; no guaranteed call-off volume, with transport and ancillary costs included in prices.
- Eligibility
- Submit two comparable wood-supply references over CHF 50'000 each, completed or ongoing for at least one year.
- Award
- Price weighs 70%, references and sustainability 25%, and the number of apprentices 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for nine months; supplier terms do not apply, and call-off volumes are not assured.

- Solid wood, particleboard, plywood and MDF panels, battens and strips.

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung verschiedener Holzprodukte und ist in zwei Lose gegliedert. Los 1 beinhaltet Massivholz-, Span-, Sperrholz- und MDF-Platten sowie Latten und Leisten. Los 2 umfasst Belagsriemen, Banklatten und Kantholz. Pro Los erhalten die beiden bestplatzierten Anbietenden einen Zuschlag (zwei Rahmenvertragspartner*innen je Los). Die Lieferungen erfolgen hauptsächlich an den Regie-Betrieb in Zürich Altstetten sowie bei Bedarf auch an weitere Standorte in der Stadt Zürich und der näheren Umgebung. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören Sammel-, Einzel- und Expresslieferungen sowie der Datenaustausch über ComNorm. Zudem sind das erforderliche Reporting und die Einhaltung der festgelegten Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen Teil des Auftrags. Sämtliche Transport-, Administrations- und Nebenkosten sind in die angebotenen Preise einzukalkulieren.
