Zu erbringen sind Elektroinstallations-, Unterhalts- und Instandhaltungsleistungen an bestehenden Elektroinstallationen und Elektroanlagen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die fach- und normgerechte Ausführung von Installations-, Erweiterungs-, Anpassungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie den planmässigen Unterhalt. Dazu gehören insbesondere Störungsbehebung, Fehlerdiagnose, Reparaturen und Instandsetzungen zur Sicherstellung der dauerhaften Verfügbarkeit, Betriebssicherheit und Normkonformität. Ebenfalls Bestandteil sind die Behebung festgestellter Mängel sowie die Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen aus periodischen Installationskontrollen.
