Das Projekt umfasst den Umbau sowie die technische und betriebliche Neuorganisation der bestehenden Produktionsküche und der zugehörigen Neben-, Lager-, Personal- und Technikbereiche. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in drei Etappen, um betriebliche Einschränkungen und kostenintensive Provisorien auf das erforderliche Minimum zu reduzieren. Ausgeschrieben werden die Generalplanerleistungen für das Projekt «Gesamterneuerung der Produktionsküche» der Integrierten Psychiatrie Winterthur (nachfolgend ipw) am Standort Klinik Schlosstal, Wieshofstrasse 102, 8408 Winterthur. Beauftragt werden die SIA-Teilphasen 32 (Bauprojekt), 33 (Bewilligungsverfahren), 41 (Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich, Vergabeantrag), 51 (Ausführungsprojekt), 52 (Ausführung, Inbetriebnahme) und 53 (Abschluss).
