Stadt Kloten is procuring road and utility works on Nägelimoosstrasse, coordinating the redesign with the new Nägelimoos school campus and upgrading the route.
- Deliverables
- Works cover 504.06 m, including 6.00 m and 5.40 m carriageways, 2.00 m sidewalks, utilities, three benches and three tree pits.
- Contract
- Only unit-price offers are accepted; partial offers and consortia are excluded, while separately submitted variants are allowed.
- Eligibility
- Bidders must self-perform at least 60 % and show comparable references, capacity, staff qualifications, equipment and ISO certification.
- Award
- Price scores 50 points; references/key personnel 20, construction programme 20 and apprenticeship training 10.
- Watch out
- The contract allows penalties up to 10% of contract value for false declarations; individual listed works may be assigned to a third party.

Die Nägelimoosstrasse wird von KM 0.00 – 280:36 mit einer Fahrbahnbreite von 6,00 m ausgeführt, die Gehwegbreite beträgt 2,00 m. Im Bereich «Neubau Schulanlagen Nägelimoos» von KM 280.36 – 504.06 mit einer Breite von 5,40 m erfolgt eine Gestaltung in Abstimmung mit dem Schulhausprojekt. Die schlankere, geschwungene Strassenführung geht auf der Seite der Landwirtschaftszone fliessend in ein Schotter- und Ruderalfläche über. Weiter werden drei Sitzbänke und drei Baumgruben erstellt. Aufgrund der Werkleitungsarbeiten sowie der materialtechnischen Untersuchungen der Consultest AG wurde entschieden, die Fundationsschicht lediglich im Bereich der Werkleitungsgräben zu ersetzen und sonst auf eine Stärke von 10.00 cm. Die übrige Fundationsschicht bleibt erhalten, da sie die geforderten materialtechnischen Kennwerte erfüllt.
