Um den aktuellen und künftigen Raumbedarf der schulergänzenden Betreuung decken zu können, soll die Schulanlage Chrüzächer durch einen Neubau für insgesamt 180 Betreuungsplätze erweitert werden. Auf der Basis des vorliegenden architektonischen Bauprojekts und eines funktionalen Leistungsbeschriebs ist durch den Totalunternehmer ein bezüglich Architektur, Funktionalität und Wirtschaftlichkeit überzeugendes Projekt weiter zu planen und umzusetzen.
