Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Tiefbau- und Baumeisterarbeiten für die Erschliessung des CU-Areals in Uetikon am See. Erstellt werden neue Kanalisationsleitungen sowie Leitungstrassen für die Fernwärme- und Elektroversorgung. Die Arbeiten umfassen insbesondere Aushub, Baugrubensicherungen mit Spundwänden, Grundwasserhaltung, Leitungsbau, Grabenverfüllungen und die Wiederherstellung der Oberflächen. Besondere Herausforderungen sind der schadstoffbelastete Untergrund, die engen Platzverhältnisse sowie die Koordination mit weiteren Bauvorhaben auf dem Areal. Die Entsorgung des Aushubmaterials wird separat ausgeschrieben.
