Gemeinde Uetikon am See is procuring handling and disposal of excavation and demolition materials from utility works on the former CU site, where contaminated ground requires controlled treatment and recovery.
- Deliverables
- Provide loading, on-site transport, interim storage, haulage, treatment, recovery and disposal; triage excavation is by another contractor.
- Contract
- Net offer pricing; contaminated-waste unit prices remain quantity-independent, and the buyer may divert quantities to third parties.
- Eligibility
- Submit an AWEL-approvable Pyritabbrand treatment concept with the offer and disclose receiving facilities.
- Watch out
- Provide acceptance guarantees for other disposal facilities and weekly quantities; proposed routes must comply with AWEL requirements.

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Materialbewirtschaftung und Entsorgung des beim Werkleitungsbau im CU-Areal Uetikon am See anfallenden Aushub- und Rückbaumaterials. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere den Materialverlad, baustelleninterne Transporte, die Zwischenlagerung, den Abtransport sowie die fachgerechte Behandlung, Verwertung und Entsorgung des Materials. Besondere Anforderungen ergeben sich durch den teilweise stark schadstoffbelasteten Untergrund. Die Aushubarbeiten und die Materialtrennung während des Aushubs erfolgen durch den separat beauftragten Tiefbauunternehmer.
